Can e-cigarettes really help quit smoking?

Electronic cigarettes are mainly composed of cigarette rods and cartridges, and use a battery-driven device to heat the electronic cigarette liquid to generate visible aerosols, electric tobacconist  which allow people to inhale nicotine in varying doses.

E-cigarette ingredients typically include nicotine, propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin and flavorings. A multi-center study analyzed 12 brands of e-cigarettes in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Poland and found that e-cigarettes do contain toxic substances, but they are about 9 to 450 times lower than cigarette smoke.

As an effective smoking cessation method, e-cigarettes can help smokers reduce the use of traditional cigarettes, but may also cause double dependence due to nicotine dependence, and may even generate new smokers, especially adolescents. It is better to seek medical help to quit smoking properly.
